This Criminal Original petition has been filed to remove the petitioner name from history sheets rowdies of the respondents based on his representation dated on 23.09.2022.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents with regard to removal of his name from the History Sheet, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2022 is available with the third respondent and they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation. 4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
