In continuation of the order passed by this Court on 06.09.2024, today (13.09.2024) the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced the photocopy of the demand draft (No.835233) dated 12.09.2024 for Rs.1,06,000/- drawn in favour of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Taking note of the fact that the time to comply with the conditions imposed by the lower Appellate Court in Crl.MP.No.15178 of 2024 in C.A.No.420 of 2024 is extended till 30.09.2024.

3. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall deposit the demand draft and furnish sureties as directed by the lower Appellate Court passed in Crl.MP.No.15178 of 2024.
