The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 85 of BNS (Section 498(A) of IPC) in Crime No.not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner herein Posting herself as Sub Registrar in the Registration Department has married the defacto complainant and cheated him monetarily. Hence, this complaint.
3.The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail as if it is a matrimonial dispute. However, the complaint and the submission made by the intervenor indicate that it is not only a matrimonial dispute, but a clear case of deception from the inception. 2/4
