ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition for direction to the respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner company to complete the remaining construction works of the petitioner company.
2.The petitioner has after obtaining consent to establish from its competent authority made construction. It was objected by some of the people and one Senthilkumar filed Application No.28 of 2016 on the file of the National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai and it was dismissed on 10.02.2016 stating that already consent to establish has been granted and the relief claimed in the application cannot be maintained before the Tribunal. Even then, they are objecting. Hence, the petitioner has given complaint before the respondent police on 03.03.2016 and it was assigned CSR No.48 of 2016, but no relief has been granted. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint, it was assigned CSR No.48 of 2016 and enquiry is going on and hence, he prayed for dismissal of the petition.
4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
5.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides and on perusal of typed set of papers, this Court directs the respondent police to consider the complaint dated 03.03.2016 in accordance with law, for providing police protection within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
