This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15034 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20332 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15034 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20332 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, on the first working day of every month for a period of three months and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
