ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents herein to produce the licenses of the accused in Crime No.968 of 2013.

2. It is seen that the petitioner travelled in the bus owned by the third respondent herein met with an accident on 02.11.2013, in which, the petitioner sustained injuries. Therefore, the first respondent registered a case in Crime No.968 of 2013 as against the driver of the bus owned by the third respondent. Thereafter, they had also filed final report before the concerned Court. It is also closed under Section 468 of Cr.P.C by the Hon'ble Court concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. However, it is also seen that the petitioner thereafter filed M.C.O.P.No.1359 of 2014 claiming compensation from the third respondent for the accident met by the petitioner to produce the license of the accused before the Trial Court. He requested the first respondent to furnish the copy of the license. Now the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet made in the year 2015 and the same was also closed in the same year. However, the petition has been filed only in the year 2017. Therefore, no records are available with the first and second respondents.

4. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
