Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records detention order in D.O.No.79/2022-C2 dated 10.09.2022 on the file of 2nd respondent and quash the said detention order and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu Sudhakar, S/o.Thottamani, aged 42 before this Hon'ble Court, who is presently detained in the Central Prison, vellore under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 branding him as Bootlegger and set him at liberty.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 14.10.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6767 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
