The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking for modification of the earlier order of this Court dated 28.02.2022. According to the petitioner, pending the writ petition, the name of the petitioner Company was changed from 'Advani Oerlikon Limited' to 'Ador Welding Limited'.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by inadvertence, this was not brought to the notice of this Court.

3. Accepting the affidavit filed in support of the present petition, the earlier order of this Court dated 28.02.2022 shall be modified by insertion of the following paragraph.

"4. (a) It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner Company name was changed from 'Advani Oerlikon Limited' to 'Ador Welding Limited'. Accordingly, M/s.Ador Welding Limited will be entitled to seek for withdrawal of the deposited amount before the Labour Court."

4. Likewise, paragraph 5 of the said order shall stand modified as follows:- "5. In the light of the above observation, this Writ Petition stands allowed and the impugned order dated 24.11.2012 is hereby quashed. M/s.Ador Welding Limited is at liberty to make an appropriate application before the concerned Labour Court seeking for withdrawal of the deposited amount and the Labour Court shall endeavor to pass appropriate orders, permitting M/s.Ador Welding Limited to withdraw the deposited amount, preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. All other observations made in my earlier order dated 28.02.2022 shall remain intact.
