ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners. However, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioners have filed this writ petition for issuance of patta and the same has been issued to them on 30.12.2023 vide patta No.15863 and that may be a reason for petitioners non-appearance before this Court.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
