This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear respondents 1 and 2 from laying any road in the petitioner's patta land, situated in New Town Survey, T.S. No. 22/3, Ward F, Block 17, measuring an extent of 7.24 acres of land in Attur Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, states that the first and second respondents have not laid any road in the patta land owned by the petitioner, and there is also no proposal to lay any road in the said patta land.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
