The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2015 within a time frame.

2.Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate (Forest) appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner had not complied with the letter dated 07.01.2016 sent by the 2nd respondent so far. 3.However, Mr.C.S.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner had submitted the letter dated 07.01.2016 to the 1st respondent.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
