(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 08.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3137 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.From the affidavit filed by the contemnor, it appears that action was action in the light of the order passed by the civil Court. Further, the road in question is being used by the public. The contemnor has also made a proper enquiry with the public including the petitioner. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
