Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writs of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in the impugned order with Ref.No.76124/Leprosy/2008 dated 08.02.2017 and to quash the same and further consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner for training and for promotion as Health Educator over and above the respondents 4 to 37 herein.

As far as the other writ petitioner in WP No.5321 of 2017 is concerned, he was promoted to the higher post during the pendency of the writ petition. grounds raised in both the writ petitions.

2. Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
