This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 6 days in preparing the above criminal revision against the Order dated 28.02.2025 made in C.A.No.740 of 2024 passed by the XVI Additional Sessions Judge, at Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 6 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
