This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15822 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15822 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
