This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16405 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22533 of 2022 on 03.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in this case is completed, charge sheet filed and yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
