O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that she owned property in Survey No.119 Aatanthangal Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, of an extent of 2190 sq.ft and since the property is situated on road in a corner side, the petitioner have entrance gate on both side i.e. eastern and southern side. All of sudden on 15.06.2024 the Communist Parties of India (CPI) erected a board by obstructing the petitioner's entry from southern side gate. Therefore the petitioner gave complaint before the third respondent, but, no action has been taken on the same. Hence the present petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

It seems the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and hence this Court is not inclined to grant any relief sought for by the petitioner. 2/4

Accordingly, the writ petition shall stand dismissed. No cost. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
