This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 13.06.2023 in the anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP.No.13009 of 2023 in Crime No.535 of 2023, that the Petitioner/Accused should sign before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 10(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13009 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
