These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 583 and 592 days respectively in filing these writ appeals against the order dated 04.01.2018 made in W.P.Nos.31240 and 33973 of 2017.
2. Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. The learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed to condone the delay.
4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay stands condoned and the petitions are allowed.
5. The Registry is directed to number these appeals and list the same for admission, if they are otherwise in order.
