This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.13366 of 2023 on 02.08.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. FIR in Crime No.19 of 2023 has been stayed by an interim order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16647 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is relaxed for the present.
