This Petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities of Mr. V.Ravishankaran, who died intestate on 18.04.2020.

He was the father of the petitioners herein. His wife / the mother of the petitioners V.Gayathri had predeceased him and had died intestate on 29.11.2017. The details of the securities have been given in the schedule to the Petition.

After following due procedure, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence. The first petitioner examined herself as PW-1. The death certificate of her father and mother and the legal heirship certificate of her father were marked as Exs. P-1, P-2 and P-3. The consent affidavit of the second petitioner/her sister was marked as Ex.P-5. The details relating to the securities were marked as Ex.P-1.

In view of the evidence tendered, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule is issued.
