This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 926 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. The petitioner/ party-in-person would submit that he was barred from entering into the High Court premises for a period of three years. Thereafter, he was forcibly taken to the Government Medical Health Hospital at Kilpauk for assessment and he was discharged subsequently. Thus there is a delay of 926 days in filing the appeal. He pleads that the delay is neither wilful nor wanton and due to bona fide reasons.

3. In view of the above reasons, this Court is inclined to consider this petition. Consequently, the petition stands ordered and the delay of 926 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
