The petitioners have come forward with this Criminal original petition and invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

2. These cases have been appearing in the list repeatedly. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he has no instructions from his clients, namely, the petitioners. Without EB, this Court cannot decide the issue. The petitioners have simply filed the case and have not given proper instructions to the Advocate by producing necessary documents. This attitude of the petitioners is not appreciable.

3. In these circumstances, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrant to be executed by R-1, The Inspector of Police, Civil Supplies, CID, Chennai - 101 and produce the petitioners before this Court by 10.30 am on 16.12.2019.
