ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to carry out true and proper investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.10.2015 and register a case. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the complaint dated 31.10.2015 has been sent by post to the respondents.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 31.10.2015. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
