O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.06.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2),118(1), 140(1), 109, 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.324 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked with knife and sickle and also threatened the victim with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the injured was discharged from the hospital and the petitioner is in prison for more than 67 days.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) objected that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is having six previous cases and this incident has happened as a retaliatory murder of the earlier murder. Two of the accused are still absconding and there is danger to the life of the defacto 2/4

complainant who is surviving the brutal attack. 5.Considering the said fact, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
