Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation sent by the petitioner dated 09.08.2017 and conduct the enquiry by issuing notice to 3rd and 4th respondent against Sale Deed No.1991/2017, dated 14.06.2017 and the registration of sale deed Sale Deed No.2437/2017, dated 04.07.2017 with respect to the Property situate at Survey No.41/1 of Thuraimangalam Village, Perambalur Taluk, measuring an extent of 70 cents out of 0.42.5 Hectare i.e. 1.05 acres by conducting enquiry under the Patta Pass Book Act. The prayer in this Writ Petition is limited to a Mandamus directing the first respondent/the Inspector General of Registration to pass orders upon representation dated 09.08.2017 after conducting an enquiry by issuing notice to the 3rd and 4th respondents who are private parties.

2. Mr.T.M.Pappaiah, learned Special Government Pleader for R1 and R2 confirms that the said representation is pending since August 2017 and requests that the Court may fix a time frame for disposal of the same.

3. In the light of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to pass orders in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2017 after hearing the petitioner, R3 and R4 within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
