Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, through video conferencing, seeks permission of this court to withdraw the application.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner submitted that he was already appointed by this court as Advocate Commissioner to seize the vehicle and he had put his great effort to seize the vehicle and hence he prayed for additional remuneration.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has also no objection to pay the additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner, as fixed by this court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
