This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No. 17243 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the II Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode, Namakkal on all working days at 10.00.a.m., until further orders and on the date of hearings without fail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the II Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode, Namakkal once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00.a.m., until further orders and on all hearing dates.
