ORDER

This application has been filed to appoint an advocate commissioner to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is more fully described in the schedule to the judges summons.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant through video conferencing submitted that the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court, seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant. He would seek additional remuneration for the efforts undertaken by the Advocate Commissioner in this regard.

3. Considering the same, a further sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen Thousand only) is directed to be paid by the applicant as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
