This application is filed to substitute the present applicant S.Kalyanam in the place of deceased Trustee Mr.H.B.N.Shetty, I.A.S (Retd.) of N.Selvarajulu Chetty Trust in C.S.No.259 of 1997 pending on the file of this Court.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed.

3.The plaintiff is required to carryout necessary amendment in the plaint.
