This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Spl.SC.No.7 of 2022, pending on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Coimbatore 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the charges are yet to be framed in this case. It will be more appropriate for the petitioner to wait for the Court below to frame charges in this case. Thereafter, the petitioner can workout his remedy in accordance with law.
