The petition has been filed to relax the condition b.the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 am until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.10510 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and there is no previous case against the petitioner.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and considering the nature of offence involved in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
