PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records of the Impugned Letter No.USP/ADMN/2019-20/18 dated 5.9.2019 issued by the Branch Manager of Bank of India, Uthamasolapuram Branch, Salem herein and to quash the same as illegal, non-est in the eyes of Law, violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the second respondent herein to defreeze the Current Account of Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation, Salem (VMRF) under No.829120110000129 and to defreeze all other Current Accounts of the constituent educational institutions coming under the ambit of VMRF under Nos.

829120110000130, 829120110000131, 829120110000132, 829120110000133, 829120110000134, 829120110000138, 829120110000174, 829120110000201, 829120110000206, 829120110000026 and 829120110000924 maintained / operated with Bank of India, Uthamasolapuram Branch, Salem, the second respondent Bank herein pending receipt of NOC from the lender bank namely Punjab and Sind Bank, IBD, Chennai.
