By order dated 09.05.2024, this Court had set aside the order on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.17,50,000/- on or before 31.08.2024 and the balance sum of Rs.20,00,000/- on or before 30.11.2024.

2. The present petition had been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the aforesaid condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate have vehemently opposed the extension and would contend that a sum of Rs.17,50,000/- which is supposed to be deposited on our before 31.08.2024, still had not been deposited and for violation of the condition NBW had already been issued by the TNPID Court, Coimbatore.

4. In view of the same, I don't find any reasons to allow this petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
