O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to consider the Non Bailable Warrant recall petition on the same day in the event of his surrender in connection with S.C.No.177 of 2023 on the file of Learned Sub Court, Dharapuram in Crime No.81 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in S.C.No.177 of 2023, on the file of the learned Sub Court, Dharapuram, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 397 and 341 of IPC.

3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.177 of 2023, on the file of the learned Sub Court, Dharapuram. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 25.07.2023.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Sub Court, Dharapuram, within a period of two weeks 2/4

from today and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
