Crl.M.P.No.12372 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9150 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9150 of 2024 vide order dated 13.06.2024, viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side and taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the aforesaid condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
