This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10053 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12572 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
