This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of four months orders by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9954 of in Crl.O.P.No.14634 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily until further orders. Accordingly, ordered.
