This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.985 of 2022 dated 20.07.2022 by the Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai that the petitioner is directed to report and sign before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00am till the case taken cognizane by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.985 of 2022 dated 20.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai at 10.30am on first working day of every Month.
