Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to survey the petitioner's lands situated in S.No.52/4 to an extent of 11.5 ares and in S.No.52/13J, to an extent of 7 ares, in Edayar Village account, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to survey his property situated in S.Nos.52/4 and 52/13J at Edayar Village account, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, by considering his representation dated 13.08.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property is the ancestral property and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the 2/5

same. The patta has also been issued for the said property, in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.62. The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents on 13.08.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that if the petitioner submits a proper online application and pay necessary charges in accordance with law, the same will be considered within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, he is directed to submit online application and pay necessary charges within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The second respondent shall consider the request of the petitioner and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of such online application, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No 3/5
