Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the transfer counselling for Speciality Medical Officers and posting counselling for Service Postgraduates and MRB selected candidates to fill up existing vacancies and the consequent vacancies in the cadre of Tutors/Junior Resident/Senior Residents/Assistant Professors, etc. in certain specialities, as per the MCI norms and following the transfer guideline norms laid in G.O.131 dated 20.11.2007 issued by the respondents herein. COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in these writ petitions is one and the same, these writ petitions are taken up together and disposed of by this common order.

The relief sought in all these writ petitions is to direct the respondents to conduct transfer counselling for Speciality Medical Officers and posting counselling for Service Postgraduates and MRB selected candidates to fill up the existing vacancies and the consequent vacancies in the cadre of Tutors/Junior Resident/Senior Residents/Assistant Professors, etc. in certain specialities, as per the MCI norms and transfer guideline norms laid in G.O.131 dated 20.11.2007 issued by the respondents herein. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of these writ petitions, the Government issued G.O.(4D) No.2 Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department, dated 15.02.2019, extending the benefit of transfer counselling to all the petitioners.

In view of the fact that the grievances of the petitioners are already redressed, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in these writ petitions.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps. are closed.
