O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to survey the land situated in S.Nos.52/1, 52/2, 52/3, 57/1 and 57/1B in Eshwarakandanallur Village, Ulundurpet by considering his representation dated 06.08.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner submitted an online application on 25.09.2023 seeking survey of the land situated in S.Nos.52/1, 52/2, 52/3, 57/1 and 57/1B in Eshwarakandanallur Village, Ulundurpet. He submitted another online application dated 06.11.2023, seeking survey of the above mentioned land. He also paid necessary charges 2/5

for survey of his land. However, the said online application has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner submitted further representation dated 06.08.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land. Even the written representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the online applications of the petitioner dated 25.09.2023 and 06.11.2023 will be considered by the respondents on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the online applications of the petitioner dated 25.09.2023 and 06.11.2023 on its own merits and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
