ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 451, 324, 506(ii) & 34 of IPC in Crime No.1261 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioners, the allegation the petitioners and co-accused battling street disturbances wordy quarrel and assault simple injured the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that 2 previous cases pending against A1 and A2. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, if the petitioners released on bail they are absconding and not cooperate for investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
