2.This applicant is having its office at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court. In the cause title, two addresses of the defendant have been given. One is at Sathyamangalam, outside the jurisdiction of this Court and the other is at Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600 106, within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only to serve the suit summons as well as the notice, two addresses were given for the respondent though the respondent's place of business is only at Arumbakkam, Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, this application filed by the applicant seeking leave to sue the respondent/defendant is unnecessary. Since it is unnecessary, this application is closed.
