2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that compensation amount has already been settled in favour of appellant. Therefore, requested permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
