Ayyappan v. State Rep By
Crl.O.P.No.6243 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM , J.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this is a third anticipatory bail petition and the earlier two anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court in Crl.OP.Nos.11347 & 23339 of 2015 on 08.06.2015 and 21.09.2015 respectively.
2. After hearing an elaborate argument, when this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
