3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for, subject to the payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority within a period of one week.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if the costs of Rs. 5,000/- is paid and the application is otherwise in order.
