O R D E R

The Petitioners Original complaint dated 11.09.2018 in C.No.4678/CCB/Visitors/2018 came to be closed, after due enquiry, on the ground that there was no forgery of the life certificate.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the closure, they are in possession of certain fresh materials, which would establish the alleged forgery and in connection with the same he has given a representation on 11.09.2018 to the second respondent herein.

In my view, if the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 11.09.2018, though the petitioner sought for direction to the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct a fresh investigation, the ends of justice could be secured.

In the light of the above observation, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2018 on its own merits and take appropriate action as per law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The present Criminal original petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
