O R D E R

The Insurance Company is on revision, challenging the order ofthe Tribunal made in MP.No.2644 of 2019, permitting the claimants to examine a Doctor of their choice to prove the nature and extent of disability. 2.Mr.J.Micheal Visuvasam, learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company would submit that though the Tribunal had allowed the application, it had subsequently, when the Doctor was attempted to be examined found that the Doctor is a regular Doctor, who appears in all motor accident cases. Therefore, the Tribunal had not permitted examination of the Doctor and had referred the injured claimant to the Medical Board. Hence, nothing survives in this revision.
