The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to file Appeal against the judgment in C.A.No.338 of 2019 dated 18.02.2021 before the First Additional District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
